Terms and Conditions

Effective November 1, 2026. JumpX LLC operates Next Level Self as part of the BookFormula network. These terms explain permitted website use and how purchases, accounts, and outside services are handled. Questions can go to robert.plank@gmail.com or the contact form.

Using the website

You may browse public pages, link to them, and use downloads or promotional materials for the purposes expressly offered with those materials. Do not attempt to bypass private course access, disrupt the service, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, or use the contact form for unsolicited bulk messages.

Website content, book covers, downloads, and contributor material are protected by copyright and other applicable rights. A purchase or account gives you the rights described with that product; it does not transfer ownership of the content. Do not redistribute paid course materials or share account access without permission. These terms do not remove rights that the law gives you, including applicable fair-use rights.

Books, services, and purchases

Book descriptions and sample material help you decide whether a title fits your interests. Formats, prices, availability, delivery, returns, and refunds for Amazon or Lulu orders are controlled by the retailer and the terms displayed with your order. Use that retailer's order-support process for those requests.

A Book Formula course or publishing service may have its own offer, order terms, deliverables, payment schedule, and refund terms. Those specific terms apply to that order. This general website page does not add a new refund guarantee or change a completed purchase agreement. If you need help, contact Robert with the purchase email and relevant order details.

Historical contributor and affiliate resource pages may describe an earlier project or promotion. A historical page is not confirmation that submissions, a discount, an affiliate program, or a service is currently open. Ask Robert before relying on an older offer.

Accounts and submissions

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you believe an account has been misused. We may restrict access needed to investigate abuse or protect the site. Contact support if your legitimate access is affected.

Send only information you are entitled to share. A message through this website does not make you a contributor, grant publishing rights to a manuscript, reserve a place in a book, or create a professional-client relationship. Contributor and service arrangements require their own agreed terms.

Educational material and outside services

Books and educational resources contain individual experiences and opinions. They do not promise a particular income, business, health, or personal result, and they do not replace advice suited to your circumstances. See the Disclaimer and Earnings Disclosure.

Links and embedded tools may take you to services run by other organizations. Those organizations have their own terms and privacy practices. We cannot control their availability or every statement they make.

Availability, corrections, and applicable rights

We work to keep descriptions and links useful, but errors and interruptions can happen. Contact us to report an inaccurate page or broken function. Nothing on this page excludes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

JumpX LLC is based in California. Any separate order agreement may identify additional terms or a dispute process. We will post updates to these website terms here with a revised effective date.
